AI ASSISTANTS

AI chatbot development for UAE businesses

Bots that answer from your own documents, qualify leads 24/7, book appointments, and hand over to a human when they should — without inventing answers.

A chatbot is only useful if it tells the truth

Every business has seen the bad version: a chatbot that answers questions nobody asked, invents prices, or traps customers in a menu loop. The result is worse than no bot at all.

Jenisphere builds two kinds that actually work. Lead-capture bots run a designed qualification flow — on your website or WhatsApp — and deliver clean, complete leads to your CRM with an instant notification. AI knowledge assistants use retrieval-augmented generation (RAG): the bot answers only from your indexed documents — price lists, policies, FAQs, service pages — and when confidence is low, it says so and hands the conversation to a human instead of guessing. Every delivery includes a test log of 30–50 real questions, including questions the bot cannot know, so you see the guardrails working before launch.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes — that’s the core of the AI assistant: your pages, PDFs, price lists, and FAQs are indexed into a private vector store, and the bot retrieves from that (and only that) to answer. Your data stays in your own collection, not in a shared model.

Three layers: it may only answer from retrieved context (no general internet knowledge for business facts), a confidence threshold below which it declines and hands over to a human, and explicit rules against inventing prices, availability, or promises. The pre-launch test log shows you all three working.

Yes — modern LLMs handle Arabic well, and the bot can detect and respond in the customer’s language. Your Arabic knowledge content should be human-reviewed; we flag any sections where the source material only exists in English.

In the UAE, WhatsApp usually wins for response rates, and the same bot brain can serve both: a widget on your site and your WhatsApp number, sharing one knowledge base. Many clients launch on WhatsApp first and add the site widget later.

It says so honestly, offers to connect a human, logs the question, and notifies your team — on WhatsApp deployments the conversation simply continues with a person in the same chat. Those logged questions become next month’s knowledge-base additions.
